Public holiday.
Week 8:
No issues with user journey maps. User flow chart don't have to be complicated, simple is good.
Week 7:
No feedback.
Week 6:
Make the user personas more distinctive, there are same characteristics in more than 1 persona.
Week 5:
Try not to exceed 10 minutes for each interview.
5.0 REFLECTION
Overall, this project has helped me understand the process of user research which is essential to create a user-centered application. Throughout this project, I realised there are a lot of details that need to be noted in order to have richer findings to improve an app's features. I also learnt that when considering what features to be implemented, we have to put ourselves in the user's POV instead of assuming what we think they need. Being able to accurately identify a user's pain points and needs without bias is how we can significantly improve an app's user experience.
